On Monday night, a stabbing incident occurred inside an elevator at a Metro station in South Los Angeles. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported that the incident took place at the Green Line Metro station, situated at the junction of South Vermont Avenue and the 105 Freeway. Deputies arrived at approximately 9 p.m. The victim was promptly transported to a hospital and is currently in stable condition.
Despite investigative efforts, the male suspect remains at large. He was described as wearing all black attire and was last seen boarding a westbound train headed towards Hawthorne.
