A hit-and-run driver struck the outdoor seating area of a café on Hillhurst Avenue near Clarissa Avenue, but no injuries were reported.
Witnesses say an unidentified driver in a pickup truck crashed into the outdoor seating of Mustard Seed Cafe on Hillhurst Avenue. Dash cam footage shows the truck navigating the sidewalk and maneuvering around stationary vehicles, some of which were occupied, before leaving the scene amidst a trail of debris.
Thankfully, no one, including Brad Vassar who was sitting just a few feet from the impact, reported any injuries.
Police responded an hour after the incident but did not file a report.
Currently, police have no leads. Anyone with information about the driver or vehicle is urged to contact the Los Angeles police.
